"Great Find. This lovely b&b was a great find after reading reviews on trip advisor. Our room was on the top floor which was a bit of a hike as there is no elevator but we survived. The room was comfortable with 2 little roof windows which had black out blinds (excellent). The bathroom was clean and so was the room. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide range of choice. The ducks and chickens were a nice touch and they even let us 'let them out' in the morning. "

"Feel a true Irishness.Great location, just 10 min walk to city centre, so ye don't need a taxi at all. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Staff were really amazing. Such a great true Irish hospitality.. you will have to go back again ! Hens and ducks were another lovely great attraction for my daughter. Great panoramic view of Cork from your bed room was another cherry on top.. Lovely breakfast with a menu from smiling staff. "

"I lead a pilgrimage to Ireland and the Gabriel House was a wonderful, welcoming place. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful - they gave recommendations of where to eat in the vicinity and directions to the next place. The breakfast was wonderful - full choice of whatever you might think you want with a lovely view from the dining room. But most of all I am so grateful to the owner. I backed a van into her car. She was nothing but gracious, kind and helpful and made what could have been a disaster nothing but a little inconvenience. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity. "
